Facility Walk-Through Audit

An analyst will inventory all existing light fixtures, review control strategies, identify solar opportunities, and discuss operational schedules and lighting requirements.

Financial Bid Development

This detailed process includes a cost analysis, savings estimates, incentive calculations, financing structure, and payback projections. The result is a financial bid which the customer can then execute if desired.

Product Sourcing

Resound Energy only purchases from manufacturers that produce the highest quality products. All products meet utility-rebate requirements, have been tested by Resound Energy, and meet the lighting-quality requirements that our customers expect. It is part of our job to continually scour the market to find the best products on behalf of our customers and then establish a distribution relationship, so we can also provide these products at competitive prices.

Lamp Demo Installation

LEDs are classified as “solid state” or “directional lighting.” The lighting quality and the resulting environment will be different depending on the technology that is implemented, so it is very important that our customers see the end result before they purchase. More often than not, there is an improvement from pre-existing lighting.

Utility Rebate Application

We work with utilities on almost every project, so completing this process is routine for us. Our relationships streamline the process and take the laborious task of rebate applications off the hands of our clients.

Project Implementation

If a “go” decision is made, our project managers take on full responsibility for product ordering, project scheduling, lamp installation, fixture troubleshooting, count adjustments, utility scheduling, waste management, and quality evaluation. We ensure customer satisfaction by dedicating ourselves to each job, and we go the extra mile to make the project a success. Please ask for customer references!

Incentive and Rebate Bridge Financing

Incentives can fund up to 80 percent of a project. While this is a good thing, it can take more than 3 months from project commencement to get this funding. Resound Energy Services subtracts this amount off the top of the project cost invoiced on every project.

Inventory and Warranty Management

LEDs are changing the economics of lighting. While LED lights are more expensive, they also have 10 times the expected useful life of traditional lighting technologies. For this reason the product warranties take on a greater importance, and managing them can be costly and time-consuming. Resound Energy Services takes on this ongoing responsibility on behalf of our customers for the life of the warranties.
