Resound will perform an initial site visit to identify transformer locations and document the potential electric circuit routes to viable parking stalls. We then submit a lease agreement to ownership. Once the lease agreement is executed we initiate the following development activities: utility engagement, property surveys, project drawings, permitting, installation, and operational commissioning.
We understand that for these relationships to be successful there must be solid benefits for all parties involved. We work hand in hand with owners to electrify parking stalls that are mutually beneficial. While high visibility is important, so are the needs of existing tenants and restrictions of existing leases. Our installation scope also takes into consideration property aesthetics, power, and installation location. Landscaping and fencing are used to maintain an attractive property.
