Portland General Electric offers EV charging rebates for commercial and multifamily properties in its service territory. PGE’s Business EV Charging Rebates are designed to help offset the cost of purchasing and installing chargers at nonresidential sites.

What the PGE Rebates Can Cover
For Level 2 projects, PGE may support both the charger equipment and, for eligible underserved community sites, the installation work needed to get chargers installed. Installation rebate costs may include electrical work, trenching, conduit, conductors, switchgear, equipment pads, pavement restoration, design, striping, signage, bollards, transformers, and related costs approved by program staff.
For DC fast charging projects, PGE’s rebate is focused on qualified DC fast charging equipment. PGE states that DC fast charger rebates do not include installation, warranties, or network fees.
