Brio Apartments EV Charging Project
Resound Energy delivered a turnkey EV charging installation for Brio Apartments, a luxury community in Bellevue, Washington. The project was designed to match the expectations of a high end resident experience while giving the property a clear path to scale charging as demand grows.
From early planning through final commissioning, our team managed the project end to end in house, including electrical design, permitting, procurement, installation, and activation. The completed system was value engineered with circuit sharing and expansion ready infrastructure so additional stations can be added in the future without disrupting the garage or revisiting major electrical work.

- EV branch circuits distributed throughout 3 floors of parking
- Coring from between parking garage levels
- Installation of (20) 32A Xeal EV Charging Stations for apartment tenants
- Cable management systems
- Parking stall stenciling and painting
Brio Apartments was one of 11 UDR communities where Resound Energy helped expand EV charging infrastructure and capabilities for residents.
Through a combination of thoughtful planning, scalable infrastructure, and available funding opportunities, UDR was able to add EV charging at a significantly reduced cost while continuing to meet the evolving needs of its residents.

Solution Design
We start every engagement with a free facility walk-through to generate a detailed cost-benefit analysis and proposal which includes product spec sheets.
Implementation
As a licensed general contractor, Resound Energy Services™ provides product demo’s to illustrate light quality and output in addition to our comprehensive installation services.
Utility Rebate Management
Our customers only pay net project cost after rebate. Utility rebate application services are provided by Resound Energy Services™ staff to ensure correct rebate funding.
Warranty Management
You will never have to change a light again for the term of the warranty. Product warranties ranging from 3 to 7 years are managed by Resound Energy Services™ staff.
