Warehouse LED Retrofit
Resound Energy completed an LED lighting retrofit at a ~38,000 sq. ft. warehouse, significantly increasing lighting levels throughout the space. The property manager remarked, “This space looks completely different with the new lighting—Resound Energy did a wonderful job.” By leveraging commercial lighting rebates from Puget Sound Energy, the property secured $24,918 in incentives, covering roughly 50% of the total project cost of $47,172. Upon completion, the project reduced their yearly energy consumption by 12,350 kilowatt-hours, with a simple payback period of just 2 years.

Utility Rebate Management
Our customers only pay net project cost after rebate. Utility rebate application services are provided by Resound Energy Services™ staff to ensure correct rebate funding.
Warranty Management
You will never have to change a light again for the term of the warranty. Product warranties ranging from 3 to 7 years are managed by Resound Energy Services™ staff.
